About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished NLP Research Scientist with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI and NLP conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP, ICML). This role is ideal for someone eager to conduct groundbreaking research, develop novel methodologies, and translate findings into practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct original research in NLP, with a focus on advancing state-of-the-art techniques in areas like large language models, transformer architectures, text generation, and semantic understanding.
Publish high-quality research papers in leading AI and NLP conferences and journals.
Collaborate with internal teams to transition research outcomes into scalable, real-world applications.
Develop and prototype novel algorithms and models, incorporating advanced techniques such as self-supervised learning, few-shot learning, and transfer learning.
Stay at the forefront of NLP advancements by engaging with the global research community and contributing to open-source projects.
Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and intellectual curiosity.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong focus on NLP.
