About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled NLP Engineer to design, implement, and optimize natural language processing models and applications. In this role, you will work with advanced NLP techniques to develop tools and solutions for text analysis, language understanding, and conversational AI. Key Responsibilities:
Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models, including transformer-based architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5).
Develop scalable solutions for text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify NLP use cases and implement end-to-end solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, including research papers, tools, and frameworks, and integrate them into projects.
Build robust data pipelines for text preprocessing, tokenization, and feature extraction.
Create APIs and integrate NLP models into applications and platforms to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field (PhD preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP or machine learning engineering.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Strong understanding of NLP concepts like tokenization, word embeddings, syntactic parsing, and semantic analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows for deploying NLP models.
