About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead high-impact projects and drive the data science initiatives. In this senior role, you will act as a technical expert, strategic thinker, and hands-on contributor. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, develop innovative models, and implement scalable solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define data strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Serve as a thought leader and mentor, providing technical guidance to the data science team and fostering a culture of excellence.
Drive end-to-end data science projects, including problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our data science capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and machine learning.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Who You Are:
Educational Background: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages (Python, R).
